What began as a passion for music has evolved into something so much more.

Hi! I’m Sam, the owner of Emerald Entertainment — and I absolutely LOVE music. I’ll listen to anything from George Strait to Chappell Roan to The Good Mad. Being surrounded by the people I love and jamming out to great music is truly what life is all about for me.

I was born in Louisiana, and that’s where my love for live music really began. There’s just something about the energy of a live performance that can’t be matched. That passion eventually led me to the wedding industry, where I’ve had the honor of witnessing so many incredible love stories unfold.

I deeply value building real relationships with my clients. I want to truly know you — your story, your vibe, your vision — and I want you to feel like you know me too. The best celebrations happen when there’s trust, connection, and a shared excitement for the big day.

I’ve been happily married since 2022 to the love of my life, and we have three dogs that I’m absolutely obsessed with. When I’m not DJing weddings or events, you can usually find me at almost every Dallas Stars home game — cheering (very loudly).

I come from a big family, so I navigate chaos well. It’s pretty hard to trip me up or make me nervous — which, as you can imagine, comes in handy on wedding days! I started DJing weddings because I genuinely love creating custom playlists and bringing them to life. Watching you say your vows and then absolutely tear up the dance floor afterward? That’s what it’s all about. And I love every second of it.
