We are a company that prides ourselves in quality and we want our audience to leave with a good impression of our work. We also want our audience to be motivated to change their life or help others in need.
Mission Statement
Emarald Entertainment is a non-profit, performing arts organization that provides various onstage theatrical and musical events to encourage love and harmony within the commmunities. Our mission is to teach individuals having an interest in the performing arts a style of theatrical and musical development in and effort to bring character, charisma, confidence and talent enhancement. We try to promote artistic and published individuals through our various scheduled events in an effort to give them maximum exposure to the media and public.
Awards and Achievements
Our owner and founder, Greg Stallworth, is an active member in the following organizations: Cincinnati Playwrights Initiative (CPI), National Black Theater Festival Group (NBTF), President of the Coalition of Progressive Professionals (C.O.P.P.) and the African American Playwrights Exchange (AAPEX).
He has also received the Emerging Playwright Award from the Coalition of Progressive Professionals in 2003 recognizing his successful development of stageplays in Southern Ohio.
"Double Deceived" was up for consideration in the main stage production catagory at the 2007 National Black Theater Festival Convention.
